Motherhood unfolds in seasons, each holding its own quiet magic. While time moves far too quickly, these sessions are designed to slow it down - capturing the depth, tenderness, and beauty of your unique story.

From the gentle anticipation of pregnancy and the tender days of early postpartum to the ever-evolving bond between mother and child, every milestone deserves to be celebrated.

Enjoy an artfully guided experience complete with a pre-session consultation, styling guidance and creative direction. Sessions may be booked à la carte or booked as a collective.

This is a deeply meaningful experience to cherish & makes an extraordinary gift for an expectant mother.

Short on time, big on love. Perfected over years, Family Portrait Days offer the sweet spot: 30 minutes to capture 30 timeless, candid portraits. Locations are thoughtfully chosen for seasonal charm and easy logistics with young children.

Every booking includes a seasonal style guide and questionnaire so everyone arrives feeling prepared and ready to go. With limited availability of just 8 families per season, these joyful sessions are highly anticipated year after year.

FAQs

  • Yes, partners are welcome to join for Maternity + Newborn sessions. MAMA + ME sessions are created just for mother & baby/child(ren).

  • The best photos don't happen by chance - they’re crafted through careful styling, deliberate planning, and intention. I work closely with you to style your session so you don't have to stress about what to wear. Seasonal styling guides provided for FAMILY PORTRAIT DAYS + a curated studio wardrobe available for motherhood sessions!

  • The sweet spot for maternity photos is usually between 28 and 34 weeks, when your bump is beautifully defined and you’re still feeling comfortable. Every pregnancy is unique, though! We can always adjust timing based on how you're feeling and what feels right for your body.

  • Please reach out during pregnancy to guarantee my availability. The first 0–4 weeks are perfect for sleepy, fresh snuggles, but I welcome newborn sessions up to 12 weeks to honour your unique postpartum experience. Once baby arrives, we’ll touch base to schedule a date that suits your family best.

  • The turnaround time is usually 2 - 4 weeks, depending on the season. I do not offer sneak peeks at this time, but I promise it will be worth the wait ;)

  • At this time, I am offering Family Portrait Days on a seasonal basis only.

  • No stress required. Sessions are designed to be playful, gentle, and child-led. We focus on real connection, candid laughter, and honest moments rather than forced smiles. I like to lean into the quiet moments if children are feeling a bit camera shy - these often make the sweetest photos.
